Ladder has already started and we could be challenged or challenge any team at any given time. League starts on 1/16/12 which is right around the corner.

We as a team need to be prepared and get to know each other's spots and calls for ALL MAPS. Our roster has been extended with new members wishing to play competitively. Starting spots are NOT yet established. I am a true believer of giving everyone a chance to prove themselves to be worthy of competing and maintaining our clans utmost respect we have gained throughout the years of competing and being the top caliber team we are.

The holidays are over as far as Christmas and New Years goes. Most of us are going back to our usual schedules at work and/ or school. with the exception of some of our members. This being said, we will commence our routine of practice and scrim days. For those who are unaware of our schedule we practice: Sunday- Thursday 7pm- 10pm EST and are OFF Friday and Saturday. Mandatory days are Tuesdays- Thursdays 7pm- 10pm EST. These days are Mandatory due to these days usually always being match days with few exceptions on Sundays. If we don't have a match on the mandatory days than we will be strating over our maps and scrims to follow.

I want to make this a point and be very clear on what my point of view is for us to be a well organized team. I would like for the following to be implemented on our daily routine: 1) We will strat 1 or 2 maps a day (if time permits) and scrim thereafter. We have to be anal about this to the teams we scrim against and make it clear to them. 2) If a particular map is selected for a match, we will strat all week on that map thoroughly and implement and substitute what may or may not work for us to gain a victory. 3) Scrimming is crutial for practice and testing out different strats. We will take scrims as seriously as if it were a match. This means no more JOKING around during scrims.

Rosters: Our roster is big and we have many players that wish to play in a match. Therefore attendance, knowledge of strats and spot callouts are a must if you wish to be considered a starter. Work and/ or school interference are permissible. ONLY Captains are to make calls during a match/ scrim. Too many callouts from different players may cause confusion amongst the player/s during a match/ scrim. Therefore if you are DEAD please be quiet. Our current Captains are Hitman, Redrum, Big E and Prime. If any member has a concern or have a question please refer to us. PS: Please let me know what type of class each of you are more comfortable with. therefore if you an AR, SMG and/or sniper. I would like to keep a record of who is what and have some what of an idea of what each player is capable of playing as. If you play both AR and SMG but are most comfortable with SMG please state like the following example: SMG/ AR. the first being your comfort zone. I hope everyone could get back to me as soon as possible with this so i can make my decisions accordingly and assign potential spots.
