Anyone who plays Skyrim on the PC needs to check out this thread I posted on OCN... this mod/tweak will increase your FPS by up to 40% in cities and other high activity areas (it also completely removed panning stutter for me on maxed out settings). If anyone needs help installing it let me know; it is a MUST HAVE. Lower end systems will see the biggest performance increase, but everyone is seeing some increase... even if they are running an i7 with a GTX580. I love the modding community; they did what the game developers failed to do... optimize their code!
